MERRY CHRISTMAS
To our friends who are checking us out for the first time, welcome to our blog. This is where we chronicle our lives, both the adventures and the daily grind.
We hope that during this wonderful season of love and reflection you will take a few moments to contemplate all the blessing of life, family, friends, and the future. We also hope that the upcoming year will bring greater personal growth, stronger relationships, and an increased understanding of God's great plan.
Our family will be spending the next year "Feeling Great in 2008." We're not sure yet what this will entail, but we're excited to figure it out.
Best wishes to all of you for a healthy, happy new year. And please, keep in touch. This blog has taught us that the greatest blessing of the internet is its ability to keep us connected no matter the number of miles between us.

I just came in from shoveling for the 3rd time today (the 4th day in the past 7) and was going to complain about the weather, and then I checked out your blog and was reminded that you are in Minnesota. It gets cold here in Boston, but not that cold. Merry Christmas.
P.S. I saw Amy's dad on Monday at Mindy's grandmother's funeral. Small world. Imagine my surprise (and how old I felt) when he told me that Grace was getting married.
