She can bowl a strike with her eyes closed from two rooms away. Amazing!
But we wondered how it would translate when she told us she wanted to go bowling for her birthday.
You don't get to wear cool shoes when you play Wii bowl.
Some of the girls had better form than others (like Anna, who did the squat and roll). The lane calculated ball speed and we actually got below one mph on a few rolls. On the other hand, there may be some value in slow bowling. Anna knocked down a vicious split when her ball bounced between two pins, knocking them both down.
This is Anna's birthday outfit from Grammy. Mom made the hat to match the outfit and Anna wouldn't take it off, even to sleep.
I love it when my girls have fun friends. We had a ball (ha!) with these girls and feel lucky that Anna has such great friends.
