It seems as though we have reached a new era. One where babies are growing up and baby teeth are falling out. Shortly after Lizzie had her big graduation day from Kindergarten, she decided it was time to join the ranks of the rest of her classmate and kiss one of those little tiny baby teeth goodbye. As always, she was one of the two "est" in the school. Her first "est" was being smallest. Her second "est" comes with the new honor of being the last"est" in the school to lose a tooth.
As soon as she realized her tooth was loose enough that she could move it back and forth, she went to work. With a little coaching and encouragement through the pain from her father, she held the little tooth high in the air as blood gooshed from her mouth. It was a proud moment for all involved.
