Tis the Season

Lizzie was practicing for her upcoming piano recital with her mom, as they will be playing a duet. I took a few pictures of her and decided to video tape it this time instead with the limited capabilities of our digital camera (hence the really bad lighting). Lizzie was posing for a picture during the majority of the song and was a little distracted. For only taking piano for a few months, she is catching on. Notice the curved fingers. Her mother couldn't be prouder. Oh the little prodigy. We are excited for her next piece, Flight of the bumble bee .

This is my favorite post ever. Steve can't believe you guys are making Lizzie practice piano at 5:15 in the morning. We CAN'T WAIT to see you in a few weeks! Hooray!
Love, Cami

Wow, that silly smile for the camera is so familiar....where have I seen that kind of performance before? She is a little Amy! I love it so much. I would like to hear an encore performance on Grammy's piano in two weeks...
