The Countdown is on!
I am down to five days until this baby comes. The nursery still looks more like a study, but Mom reminded me that the baby can sleep in a drawer and won't know the difference. We also still don't have a name picked out. Lizzie has been studying Greek mythology in school and has suggested Poseidon and Athena. She also considered Demeter and Persephone (hello, Chi-O's?) but she couldn't pronounce them so that was short-lived. Actually, she has more names than Kelly and I have been able to come up with. We are a little nervous... but I have been in so much pain for the last few weeks that I don't care if we don't have a name, let's just get going here. If the baby is sleeping in a drawer anyway, maybe she can do without a name for a while, too.

We are so excited for you! We can't wait to see the new nameless child. Personally, I vote for Kat (phonetic for four in French- as in 4th child), Immy (meaning last born), or Baby Stephenson also has a nice ring to it. Whatever you decide, it will be great and she'll be as beautiful as the other girls. Best wishes.
Oh the final days that can't go quickly enough! Good luck with your delivery! I am excited to see pictures. And I love the name Persephone, really!

Oh my, I can't believe you have such a short time left...I hope that everything goes well! I can't wait to hear about the arrival of the newest little Stephenson! As long as Greek mythology is on your mind, what about Daphne for a name? (We love that name because of the Toot & Puddle books.) By the way, family legend has it that one of my great-grandparents actually slept in a shoebox (he was premature) for the first few weeks of life. Just think how luxurious a drawer would be compared with a shoebox!
