On November 5, I wrote "see next post" and then never wrote that next post. I think maybe I fell asleep at the keyboard instead.
Three and a half weeks post-partum the fatigue is intense and all-consuming... for me. Lucy is sleeping very well, as you can see...
The bonnet was knitted by my mom's cousin Gretchen, who always knits the cutest things!
The other gift I am loving is the "hooter hider," the gift I didn't know I needed until I got one. This thing is fabulous and no one else here has one. My darling aunts Kathy and Jodi gave it to me, and the only complaint I have is that because it's new here, whenever I use it, people want to inspect it. Discretion be darned! Still, I love feeling covered when I have to nurse in public (which I hate doing unless it's an emergency).
